Consulting For good

The Collective Gain Foundation is proud to offer a Consulting for Good program which will deliver strategic and management consulting advisory services to nonprofits with missions focused on environmental causes.  The program offering is available in the following format:

• Volunteers consult directly with client boards of directors or committees
• Booked in monthly or twice-monthly sessions.
• Increased frequency or duration at volunteer’s discretion.
• Talk-time only, no deliverables expected.

• Delivered to a collection of clients simultaneously to provide education on a topic within the volunteer’s area of expertise.
• Volunteers will develop new content or update existing content prior to workshop delivery
• Workshop delivery in 1 full-day or up to 2 half-day sessions.

• Larger efforts that cannot rely on twice-monthly advisory services
• Supplemented by volunteers
• Systems implementations
