PanaSea

About PanaSea

Having cracked the sea cucumber code (sp. Holothuria mexicana), PanaSea is at the forefront and edge of commercial success in cultivating and harvesting sea cucumbers, sustainably. As it approaches signing of major contracts, it needed to prepare for scale to ensure the successful delivery of sea cucumbers to the market. Challenges it faces include scale, logistics, spawning to harvest lifecycle tracking, hiring, team management, and executive management to name a handful.
